The Malibu Village is located in the CELA Canet complex, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains, just 1.5 kilometres from the beach. CELA Canet offers apartments from 25 to 75 m² in a pedestrian village surrounded by exotic Mediterranean trees. Each apartment has a parking space and a balcony or terrace overlooking the gardens or swimming pools. They also have living rooms with sofa bed for 2 people, kitchenette and some apartments have a mezzanine or terrace with furniture. Malibu Village also has 3 restaurants where you can enjoy a range of cuisine including local and international specialties. CELA Canet also has a large sporting infrastructure. It includes 6 swimming pools, 1 childrens pool, tennis and squash courts, ping-pong tables, basketball and volleyball courts and a petanque area. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.30 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
80 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.57 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
